Circuito Spcine screens "The Devil Wears Prada 2" in 29 venues, with free tickets or up to R$4, starting 2 July

Sequel to one of contemporary cinema's biggest hits arrives at Circuito Spcine with screenings in CEUs, Centro de Formação Cultural Cidade Tiradentes, Centro Cultural Olido and Biblioteca Roberto Santos

São Paulo, June 2026 – Spcine, a company linked to the Municipal Secretariat of Culture and Creative Economy of the City of São Paulo, announces the release of "The Devil Wears Prada 2", starting 2 July, in 29 public cinema screens with free tickets or up to R$ 4.

Screenings take place with free tickets in 26 CEUs and at Centro de Formação Cultural Cidade Tiradentes. At Centro Cultural Olido and Biblioteca Roberto Santos, tickets are at popular prices of R$ 2 (concession) and R$ 4 (full price), broadening access to one of the year's most anticipated releases in different regions of the city.

In the sequel, audiences reunite with Miranda Priestly, the iconic editor-in-chief of Runway magazine, who now faces a landscape completely transformed by digitalisation and changes in the fashion and publishing industries. Amid the collapse of print journalism, Miranda must deal with a new challenge: her former assistant Emily, now an influential executive at a major luxury brand and responsible for decisions that put the two characters on a collision course.

Blending humour, drama, and the behind-the-scenes world of fashion, the feature film updates the conflicts that marked the original film and proposes a reflection on leadership, reinvention, and transformations in the creative market.
