OUR MISSION

About PULPSCREEN

PULPSCREEN is an independent film finance, production and media group with people in Paris, New York and Los Angeles. To build a more open, sustainable and connected independent film industry, where capital and audience reach the stories that matter.

One ecosystem. Three companies.

PULPSCREEN CAPITAL

Bridging the production cash flow gap.

Short-term lending against asset-backed collateral.

PULPSCREEN PICTURES

Developing stories that matter.

Films that meet a conversation already happening.

PULPSCREEN MEDIA

Connecting films to capital and audience.

Technology designed to expand creative opportunity, not replace it.

PULPSCREEN CAPITAL

Cash flow, solved. We provide short-term lending against money your production has already been promised:

  • Minimum guarantees. Distribution and sales MGs you've signed.
  • Tax credits, rebates, and grants. Soft money already awarded to your production.
  • Brand deals. Product placement and partnership agreements in place.

We try to make the process as easy as possible. We are only able to lend against already earned incentives. This means you must have already qualified for, or been contracted to receive, the collateral we lend against. If all criteria are met, we try to make a decision within 1 to 2 weeks.

Currently lending: Checks up to $100K. Coming soon: Checks up to $500K. Submissions: capital@pulpscreen.com.

PULPSCREEN PICTURES

Life is a story and it asks hard questions. We make the films that answer them.

How the Co-Pro Guide is put together

The Co-Pro Guide covers 271 film production incentives across 50 countries: every national and regional tax credit, cash rebate, grant and fund we could verify against the body that runs it, plus the co-production conventions and multilateral funds that connect them. Each programme page links to its official source and shows the date it was last verified — the most recent verification in the dataset is 5 Apr 2026. Rates and rules change; the guide is a starting point, not a substitute for the official text or professional advice.
