At least two key talents from directing, screenwriting, or producing must be from Northern Germany

Overview

The Nordlichter Talentprogramm supports debut feature films from Northern Germany with 1.15 million euros available annually for three selected projects. The programme is jointly funded by NDR, MOIN Film Funding, and nordmedia.

Eligibility

At least two key talents from directing, screenwriting, or producing must be from or based in Lower Saxony, Schleswig-Holstein, or Hamburg. Projects must be first or second feature films with Northern German settings.
