Extension of the application deadline for the cinema upgrading tax credit session – Year 2025

Please note that the deadline for submitting tax credit applications for the 2025 session relating to the cinema upgrading tax credit intervention line, previously set at 23:59 on 20 October 2026 by directorial decree no. 2729 of 17 September 2026, is extended to 23:59 on 10 November 2026, as ordered by directorial decree no. 3091 of 16 October 2026; all other deadlines and procedures set out in the aforementioned decree remain unchanged.
