Overview

A cash rebate programme that reimburses 20-30% of eligible expenses for international productions or co-productions filmed in São Paulo city and state, aimed at attracting foreign investment and promoting the region internationally.

Eligibility

International productions or co-productions where Brazilian financing does not exceed 40% of budget and at least 50% is in non-Portuguese language. At least 2/3 of technical and artistic crew must be Brazilian and registered with ANCINE. At least 20% of expenses must be in other São Paulo state municipalities besides the capital, and at least 60% in the capital.
