Eligibility
Belgian independent producers only; foreign producers must work with Belgian co-producer. Minimum 50% financing secured at application. Projects must enrich Flanders cultural heritage and pass cultural test (3-4 criteria). Minimum €250K eligible spend required in Flanders.
